Want to look fit? If you are eager to look slimmer in a seven-day period, stop eating white bread, white rice and all kinds of Italian pasta. Grain products contain lots of calories that will only make you bigger and bigger. These foods generally cause bloating. If you sleep 30 minutes more than usual, you will be able to feel refreshed and you will start making better food choices unconsciously. Your body will stop craving sugar and you will feel more energized than ever. Also, if you sleep 30 minutes more than you typically do, you will feel ready to hit the gym without any problem. A good night sleep can definitely change your lifestyle. Your body will be less tired and your memory will start to improve. Also, your muscles will be more activated throughout the day. Lack of sleep might have a strong negative impact on your overall health system. Because of that, you might feel a little bit lethargic and weary throughout the day.
